1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Webbllyservices, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Webblly provides managed hosting infrastructure including WordPress hosting, email server hosting, and custom application deployment. Services are delivered on a subscription basis.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual cycle, as selected at checkout.
  • All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions are honoured at their current rate until renewal.
  • Failure to pay will result in suspension and eventual termination of your services.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Host illegal content or engage in unlawful activities.
  • Send unsolicited bulk email (spam).
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of third parties.
  • Conduct denial-of-service attacks or attempt to compromise our infrastructure.
  • Resell or sublicense access to our services without written permission.

6. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure providers, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software associated with Webblly are our property or that of our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute them without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webblly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation, services remain active until the end of the current billing period.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which Webblly operates.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
