At Webblly, we strive to deliver reliable, high-quality hosting services. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which we issue refunds and the process for requesting one.
2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
New subscribers are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of their first payment if they are not satisfied with our services. To request a refund under this guarantee, contact our support team within the 14-day window. This guarantee applies only to first-time purchases on a given account.
3. Service Outages and Credits
If our platform experiences downtime exceeding our 99.9% SLA in a given billing month, eligible customers may request a prorated service credit for the affected period. Credits are applied to the next billing cycle and are not redeemable for cash.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscription renewals (monthly or annual) after the 14-day new customer window.
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms & Conditions.
- Partial months after voluntary cancellation mid-cycle.
- Fees for add-on services already consumed.
5. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions cancelled after the 14-day money-back guarantee window are not eligible for a prorated refund of the remaining months. The subscription remains active until the end of the annual billing period.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at billing@webblly.com with your account email and the reason for the refund request.
- We will review your request within 3 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
7. Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension. We are committed to resolving billing disputes promptly and fairly.
